Tecnico Junior factotum ufficio / Technical Services Clerk

 

You will work on several tasks. For about 80% of your time you will be supporting our Data Recovery Engineers (e.g. receiving jobs, entering information in our CRM, checking hard disk electronic boards, connecting back up devices). The remaining 20% you will provide generic support to other departments (e.g. bagging letters, ordering offices commodities).


Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for shipping customers jobs in / out

  • Storing the shipping data in the company database

  • Purchasing spare parts and administrate the spare part stock

  • Prepare the hardware for backups and manage customer backups

  • Be able to support the Cleanroom Engineer, e.g. hardware check, data capture

  • Use of Company Software for recovering or deleting customer data

  • Support other departments in shipping or in other logistical activities

  • On call shifts

Our requirements for this position:

 

  • High school certification in IT or electronic

  • Technical skills in assembling / disassembling a computer

  • Basic knowledge of main operating systems, e.g. Microsoft, Macintosh, Linux

  • Good English language skills

  • Experience in shipping and / or logistic department would be advantageous

  • Technical interest in hardware and IT

  • Flexibility, team-oriented, organizing ability

We offer full time permanent position CCNL Commercio 4th or 5th livello (based on experience).
